Do I have to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at baronandbay.com without creating an account.
However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

How long do the shoes take to arrive?

The shoes in stock are dispatched in 24 hours from receiving the order. Items when not in stock are taken as a Custom order and usually take up to 7 days and you will be informed if there is a delay.

How will my shoes be packaged?

Your shoes will arrive in a Baron&Bay box with cotton dust bags for every pair.

How do I know that my shoes are genuine?

Our shoes are sold exclusively at www.baronandbay.com

Shoes purchased outside of these channels may well not be a genuine product of Baron&Bay and therefore none of our policies apply.

How to measure your foot:

Place your foot on a flat surface with your heel against a straight edge. Place a ruler beside your foot touching the straight edge your heel is also touching, then take the length in millimetres from the tip of your longest toe to your heel. Please be aware that your longest toe may not always be your big toe.
